copied.online is a free web service that helps you when you need to send a text snippet, URL or file from one phone, laptop or tablet to another device. No more sending yourself pieces of text or URLs via email, or having to look for a USB stick to transfer a file. As long as you have a browser, you are ready to start sharing data between devices.

How to use it?

• Enter an ID in the field above or use the randomly generated one and press the arrow button to connect to it.
• On your second device, enter and connect to the same ID, or simply scan the generated QR code.
• Finally, drag-and-drop any text snippets, URLs or files directly onto the page to upload and share them with your other device.

Upload limits

All uploaded data is automatically destroyed after 15 minutes, or you can also delete it manually by pressing the delete button in the upper right corner. In order to keep this service free, the maximum file size you can upload is 10 MB, while the maximum size an ID can hold at a time is 25 MB. If you reach the 25 MB limit, you can manually delete some of the stored items to free up space, after which you will be able to upload new items.
